HOW TO SLEEP
02/03/24 - ONLINE -5PM
Learn the art of restful, deep sleep.
This herbalist-run event will, naturally, be centered on a holistic and herbal approach to sleep-health, but is built-upon through the most recent (exciting) research in the field including the way metabolic health, muscle, and hormones effect our sleep in different ways.
We will cover all of the most well-loved herbs for sleep (like passionflower, valerian, wild lettuce, hops, chamomile, skullcap, poppy and more), but even deeper, we will cover who they are suited for and who they are not suited for so you can stop spending on guesswork.
We will cover the differences between supporting falling asleep Vs staying asleep, and trace your sleep-health back through the entire day, starting at dawn!
This is an online event and you'll recieve a playback.
